Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of titantyres.ie and the services provided by Motovance Limited, trading as Titan Tyres, located in Galway, Ireland. By placing an order or booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Company Information

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed include VAT at 23%. Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Order-in tyres are sourced once payment is confirmed. No additional charges will be applied without your consent.
3. Bookings & Appointments
Online bookings receive priority scheduling. Appointments are confirmed via email and SMS. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. parts delay), in which case we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative time.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment: full refund.
- Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours before your appointment: refund minus a €10 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment: please contact us by phone.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice): no refund.
- If we cancel your appointment: full refund processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Late cancellation fees help cover the cost of reserved stock and allocated workshop time.
5. Fitting & Warranty
All tyres are fitted by trained professionals. We provide a workmanship guarantee on fitting for 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever comes first). Tyre manufacturer warranties apply separately — refer to the manufacturer's documentation. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to wheels, suspension, or alignment issues.
6. Tyre Disposal
Old tyres are disposed of in accordance with Irish environmental regulations. A disposal fee (currently €4 per tyre) is included in your booking total.
7. Liability
All work is carried out with professional care. Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service with supporting evidence (photos). Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Consumer Rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the European Communities (Certain Aspects of the Sale of Consumer Goods and Associated Guarantees) Regulations.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
