Do I need an appointment, or can I drive in?
Drive-ins are welcome subject to availability — we'll fit you in if there's a free bay. For a guaranteed slot, book online: it takes 60 seconds and you'll get an exact time.
How long does fitting take?
1–2 tyres take about 30 minutes. 3–4 tyres take about 60 minutes. The price you see includes balancing and a new valve for each tyre.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, and cash. Online bookings are paid via Stripe at the time of booking — secure, encrypted, fully refundable up to 24 h before your slot.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. Every price you see on the site is the full price, VAT and disposal already included. No hidden fees at the till.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment — full refund via Stripe. Between 2 and 24 hours, a €10 admin fee applies. Less than 2 hours, please ring us. See the full policy in our terms.
What if your website shows a tyre size I don't think is right for my car?
Tell us. There's a 'Report wrong size' link on every search-result page; we review every report and refund any wrong fitment. You can also call the shop and we'll cross-check against your sidewall reading on the spot.
Do you fit tyres I've bought elsewhere?
Yes — fitting-only is €15 per tyre and includes balancing, new valve, and disposal of the old tyre. Drop them off or bring them with you when you come for fitting.
What's the warranty on fitting?
We provide a 12-month / 20,000 km workmanship guarantee on every fit. The tyre manufacturer's own warranty applies separately — keep the receipt.
Do you do puncture repairs?
Yes. We assess every puncture against the UK/IE safety standard (BS AU 159) — if it's within the repairable zone and the tyre is otherwise sound we plug-and-patch it from the inside. If not, we'll tell you straight and quote a replacement.
Where are you, and when are you open?
Unit 1, Ballybrit Business Park, H91 WC5P, Galway. Open Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 12:00–22:00 (with a 15:00–16:00 break) and Sat–Sun 09:00–19:00 (with a 13:00–14:00 break). We're closed on Wednesdays.
Do you order in tyres that aren't in stock?
Yes. Order-in tyres typically arrive within 5 working days (couriers don't run on Sundays or Irish bank holidays). You can book a fitting slot for the earliest available date when you place the order.
Are you VAT-registered?
Yes — Motovance Limited t/a Titan Tyres, VAT IE04548740MH. A proper Irish VAT invoice is emailed with every booking confirmation.
